Medical Administrative Assistant
Our client specializes inwellness medical aesthetics and offers the latest trends incosmetic procedures in order to support clients in achieving theirbeautification goals.
They are looking for a Medical AdministrativeAssistant to join their Torontooffice.
Thisposition will be working closely with the Clinical Manager insupporting the customer services and administrativeresponsibilities within the Toronto clinic while also assistingwith Oakville inquiries as well.
Organization people andcommunication skills are a must ensuring a smooth day for bothnurses andaestheticians.
Salary :
$18.00 $20.00 per hourto start
Wage increase of $1.00 to$2.00 per hour after 3months
Hoursof Work :
MondayWednesday to Saturday 10 : 00am to 7 : 00pm(FullTime)
Responsibilities
- Responsibilityto assist with overall efficient operations of theoffice.
- Opening the clinic andgetting clients settled in the treatmentrooms.
- As the first point of contactgreeting and assisting customers as they call or enter theclinic.
- Assisting the Clinic Managerwith daytoday administrativeduties.
- Assisting the Clinic Managerwith marketing and contacting leads andinquiries.
- Booking in new clientswith inside sales activities. Promoting treatments to clients ontheir first inquiry and bookingconsultations.
- Organizing andrescheduling appointmentlogs.
- Confirming appointments 12days before booking time.
- Followingup with clients within 2448 hours after their treatment to ensuresatisfaction.
- Daily use of CRMsystem to check clients in andout.
- Answer phone calls and providebasic information. Redirect call as appropriate. Taking clear andconcise messages.
- Keep the receptionarea organized.
- Assist the team withflipping rooms once used to get ready for the next clients(sanitizing organization etc)
- Assistthe nurses on getting clients ready for treatments (i.e. applyingnumbing cream getting consent forms filledout)
- Filing patientcharts.
Requirements
- Similarexperience working in either reception or administration is anasset.
- Greatcommunication skills with positive / friendly energy iskey.
- Must have proficientorganization and computer skills.
- Ahigh level of attention to detail isneeded.
- Professionalism and respectof confidentiality.
- Reliability anddependability is a must.
- Ability towork well underpressure.
