Project Manager - Customer Care and Communications Systems Transition

About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the transition of Customer Care and Communications systems for three recently acquired US Utilities from Dominion Energy.
This is a program / implement / migrate level role crucial for integrating three businesses into one, serving more than 500,000 customers across various workstreams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Track and monitor activities for reporting to USUI TIS PMO, including project plan updates, and management of RAID items and interdependencies.
- Manage the tracking of 6+ projects within the Customer Care & Communications (CIS) workstream.
- Support the development and implementation of the application support team's resourcing model.
- Ensure proper work activity reporting by monitoring project managers.
- Support major work tracks as needed, including RFP and contracting efforts (e.g., CIS re-platforming).
- Provide project oversight, ensuring all deliverables meet business requirements, are delivered on time, and meet quality standards.
Additional Project Details :
The project entails app migration, CIS application migrations and replacements, website redesign, technology solution rebranding, and Customer Portal & Mobile App re-platforming / replacement.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in overseeing multiple large-scale projects (minimum of $25M+ projects).
- Experience with cross-project coordination and interface, preferably in ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite tools (Project, PowerPoint), with excellent communication skills and a solid technology base.
- Familiarity with a mix of methodologies (hybrid, agile, waterfall) and the ability to structure a team of 100 or more staff.
- PMP, PgMP, or PMI certification highly regarded.
- Experience in finance and customer care is important, with a preference for candidates familiar with similar enterprise systems.
Additional Notes :
- This role requires some overtime and occasional travel to the US (less than monthly).
- A PMO background is an asset, as is customer care applications experience.
- This position has a very good possibility of extension.
- Interviews will be conducted via video, with a potential second in-person interview based on availability and proximity.
