CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR (CONSTRUCTION) - East York, Ontario (Ability to work in their project office 5 days a week is a must)In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating different project elements, ensuring quality standards, managing resources, and maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders.
Requirements : -A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of proven experience as a contracts administrator in the construction industry.-Familiarity with contract law and construction contracts.
- Proficiency in providing administrative support and exceptional attention to detail.-Competence in using Microsoft Office suite and contract management software.
- Knowledge of construction practices and terminology.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities.
