How you will pave the way of your future with BlueRockThe Business System Analyst plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical teams, product experts, and key account managers.

The job holder is responsible for translating customer requirements into implementable solutions while ensuring alignment with project objectives.

The job holder oversees project delivery, ensuring effective communication, and successful implementation that meet and exceed our clients' expectations, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.

The role includes the following key responsibilities : Understand and translate customer needs into implementable business solutions to enable long-term customer successAnalysis of the as-is and to-be processesEnd-to-end project delivery and post go-live ongoing supportIdentify and manage risks and issues as a subject matter expert for daily workUnderstanding customer's requirements and needsWork collaboratively with and actively contribute to a second-line support teamWho you are and beyond : Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business informatics, business engineering, computer science, business administration, or related fields.

Preferably have a background or experience in the logistics sector, with a focus on systems implementations and integrations and / or SaaS products.

Proficient in Excel and possess strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for data, numbers, and KPIs.Proactive and collaborative, with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for finding innovative solutions.

Highly organized, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.Curious and eager to learn about new technologies, with a growth mindset.

Skilled in problem-solving and conflict management, adept at evaluating alternatives and making informed decisions.Available to work in shifts, including providing 24 / 6 supportExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English required.
