Our client is a firm in the field of property and casualty insurance brokerage, both for individuals and businesses. In full expansion, it needs insurance professionals like you to join a stimulating team in a magnificent office full of activities located in Chateauguay.

What we offer

Permanent employment

A competitive base salary of $65 to $80,000 per year, depending on your experience

Commissions of 30% on the retention of your module and 70% on your sales

Annual bonus

$100 commission on CIME sales

Daytime schedule only. No evenings or weekends!!!

Full-time schedule of 35 hours per week, flexible schedule according to the office's opening hours from 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.

You are recognized for your negotiation and persuasion skills, to negotiate with different insurers

You like to offer excellent customer service and make new sales

Manage a customer volume of 1.5 million

You have ease in expressing yourself and communicating

You are customer-oriented and action-oriented

A sense of solution, assistance, escalation and upselling

• Proceed with modifications, pricing, loyalty and solicitation during inbound calls;
• Work on renewals and perform updates by professionally advising policyholders;

Shop for quotes from our various insurers.

Answer calls from policyholders with questions about their file.

Who are you? You have an AMF certificate (mandatory)

You have at least 3 years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance

Energetic and compassionate, you have a sense of communication and know how to put people at ease

You have superior problem-solving skills and can identify the right solution for the right situation

You have a reliable internet connection at home to ensure your voice is heard

Bilingualism (French / English) required

You have computer skills to navigate multiple software programs, all on 2 screens
