We're in search of a creative, strategic Director of Marketing with a proven record of success and an innovative mindset.
What This Role Entails :
Strategic Innovation : Develop and execute marketing strategies that amplify our luxury brand transformation across local, national, and global markets.
Bring creative thinking and innovation to all marketing and branding initiatives.
Brand Transformation Leadership : Take the lead in driving the rebranding efforts to elevate our luxury brand, ensuring consistency and coherence across all touchpoints.
Experience in rebranding a luxury brand in North America is highly preferred.
- Campaign Management : Independently manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media platforms.
- Data-Driven Decisions : Utilize AI tools and data analytics to enhance campaign performance and ensure maximum return on investment.
- Collaborative Initiatives : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals, enhancing brand coherence and market impact.
- Masterful Command of Presentation : Leverage your impeccable taste and skills in presenting services, ideas, and products to captivate and engage audiences and promote our brand in the most appealing way possible.
- Building Rapport : Utilize your intuition and charisma to build immediate rapport with business owners, executives, and other stakeholders.
- Organization and Follow-Through : Be organized and mission-oriented, with excellent follow-through skills to ensure all initiatives are completed effectively and efficiently.
- Continuous Learning : Keep abreast of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Initiate and develop new marketing and technology partnerships globally.
Who We're Looking For :
- Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
- Experience : 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on strategy, creative marketing, branding, and promotions.
Experience in rebranding a luxury brand in North America is a significant advantage.
Skills : Outstanding analytical, presentation, and public speaking skills; proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools;
and effective communication across various media.
Personality : Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for creating engaging and dynamic marketing initiatives.
Must have a global perspective and respect for diverse cultures.

Salary : $90,000-$120,000 per year
