You Will :
- Ensure a comfortable and friendly atmosphere forboth guests and staff
- Assist guests at every opportunity
- Manage and oversee all building maintenancetasks, including daily duties, preventative maintenance (PM), scheduling,hiring, evaluations, and crew talks, while maximizing Strata approval andbillings
- Actively perform building maintenance (demandand PM) when necessary
- Continuously improve the maintenance program toenhance its effectiveness and efficiency
- Establish and maintain communication channelsfor all base area building users
- Oversee the upkeep, revision, and expansion ofthe HIPPO CMMS program across the base area
- Ensure that all maintenance tasks (demand andPM) are carried out efficiently and in a timely manner
- Provide ongoing support to the maintenance teamto ensure high morale and efficient, high-quality service
- Stay informed about the status of currentbuilding issues
- Prepare weekly reports, create month-endstatements, and compile annual reports
- Maintain inventory controls to ensurecost-effective operations
- Perform daily checks, maintenance records, andmonitor all building systems
- Collaborate with management to maintain buildingsafety for both guests and staff
- Carry phone / radio as required for on-callmaintenance
- Make recommendations and assist with specialprojects
- Alert senior management of any unusualoccurrences, damages, or risks
