Your New Role :
In this role, you'll target strategic end-user customers to identify retrofit opportunities, set appointments, make qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business. Achieving annual sales quotas through effective sales and marketing strategies is key. You'll build long-term relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor on value-added solutions and additional products and services. Promoting Houle within the A&E community, coordinating with company personnel to meet performance objectives, and maintaining updated knowledge of company offerings are essential. You'll also attend industry events to network and stay informed.
What You'll Need to Succeed :
You'll need 5+ years of business development or strategic sales experience in the Controls / DDC industry, with technical knowledge of DDC systems (preferably Reliable Controls and Schneider Ecostruxure). Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels, proven ability to meet sales targets, excellent networking and prospecting skills, multitasking and problem-solving abilities, exceptional people management and leadership skills, and self-motivation to thrive in a results-driven environment are crucial.
