TRG is hiring for a Sales Account Manager for our client, a leading PPE manufacturer serving industries like construction, healthcare, and emergency services.

In this role, you'll manage key accounts, build long-term relationships, and drive revenue growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to meet client needs, ensuring seamless experiences and fostering lasting partnerships. Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Manage and grow national key accounts through strong client relationships and tailored solutions.
  • Develop strategic account plans aligned with business goals and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and expansion of product offerings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of account strategies.
  • Monitor performance metrics, provide insights, and adapt strategies based on market trends and client feedback.
  • Support field teams, resolve issues, and recommend process improvements.
  • Serve as a client advocate while ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Travel across Canada as needed.

Preferred Education & Experience :

  • 5–8 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, with a focus on national or enterprise-level accounts.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets and managing high-value client relationships.
  • Skilled in engaging senior leaders, including VPs and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management abilities.
  • Capable of handling multiple accounts and projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Skill & knowledge Requirements :

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; French is an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems; quick to learn new tools.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative with a high sense of accountability.
  • Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and delivering effective presentations.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of PPE and safety practices is a plus.
