The Role : The Account Manager / Outside Sales Representative will focus on developing new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships within the telecommunications industry.
What You’ll Do :
- Assess potential application of company products and / or services and offer solutions that meet customer needs.
- Research and present reports showing potential customers the cost benefit of purchasing Altec products or services.
- Provide technical training to clients and communicate customer feedback for future product development.
- Use technical knowledge of product offerings to support and build sales.
Qualifications :
- A four-year Bachelor's Degree is required.
- At least two years of proven success in outside sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with heavy machinery (construction, farming, military, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Must be able to travel extensively, often overnight.
- Proficient with computers and standard office software (spreadsheets, word processing, etc.).
