ABOUT THE POSITION
- Master the trade coordination; including manage schedules, avoiding overlaps and site conflicts.
- Push the schedule and deliver the project on time by foreseeing and dealing any concerns.
- Monitor the project budget to prevent any cost overruns.
- Master the drawings to rectify construction challenges before they arise.
- Deal with challenging workforce issues that arise.
- Anticipate and minimize any issue that arise.
- Treat safety as a priority
- A key task will be balancing the needs of schedule, budget and safety.
