ABOUT THE POSITION

  • Master the trade coordination; including manage schedules, avoiding overlaps and site conflicts.
  • Push the schedule and deliver the project on time by foreseeing and dealing any concerns.
  • Monitor the project budget to prevent any cost overruns.
  • Master the drawings to rectify construction challenges before they arise.
  • Deal with challenging workforce issues that arise.
  • Anticipate and minimize any issue that arise.
  • Treat safety as a priority
  • A key task will be balancing the needs of schedule, budget and safety.

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience as a Superintendent working on TI projects
  • Start to finish project experience
  • Willing to work out of town
  • Local BC experience
  • Procore and MS Project software experience

COMPENSATION

  • $110,000 $130,000
  • Discretionary bonuses
