Job Summary :
The Service Technician reports to the Service Manager / Supervisor and is to ensure that all parking equipment is maintained within contract guidelines.

Job Responsibilities / Duties :
Must have experience with electrical and electronic equipment
Must be able to occasionally work flexible hours e.g. on call
- Maintain the stock level of supplies, e.g. ticket rolls and other consumables;
- Ensure their vehicle is clean and stocked with parts for the next shift;
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions;
- Ensure accuracy is used when filling out SWO, e.g. correct part number is used;
Must have strong computer skills, able to learn new access control applications
- Adhere to Uniform Policy;
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs equipment;
Must be self-motivated, able to work independently as well as in team environment
Must be able to use power tools
Preparation of incident and accident reports, as required;
Valid drivers license with a clean driving abstract
- Provide feedback to the Manager / Supervisor on potential customer situations / problems found on site;
- Provide maintenance on equipment to assure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction;
Resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and / or in compliance with the agreed upon Service Level agreements
