Your new role
As Branch Manager, you build, lead, and deploy a top-quality team that collectively achieves goals that align with thepany's strategic plan. Under your leadership, your team is known for providing customer service beyondpare. You monitor reports and maintain compliant processes every day on various reporting platforms. You produce measurable success in sales activity, achieved targets, and adequate Gross Profit levels. You manage and grow both the business and the people you work with every day, making what you do critical to our success.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this vital role, your background should include fluent bilingualism in French and English, at least 5+ years of experience in branch management and/or leadership in disaster restoration or related industry
Excellent interpersonal, time management, and critical thinking skills required
Skilled in technology, Microsoft Office products necessary, and Xactimate preferred
IICRC certifications are a plus
