Your new role
Are you a skilled project manager with a passion for restoring properties to their pre-disaster state? We’re seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Project Manager.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with property owners, adjusters, and insurancepanies to define project scopes, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery within agreed specifications.
You will operate at a senior level to help grow and guide the business forward.
In this role you will prepare detailed specifications and submit quotes for restoration work. By interacting directly with clients, you will develop tailored solutions and close sales.
You will also generate new leads through relationships with adjusters and property managers.
Part of your role is to educate clients on the repair process, service timing, and expectations from your firm. You will manage claims including mitigation, equipment selection as well as ensure customer satisfaction throughout the emergency phase of the project.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you should be at an Intermediate / Senior level already with at least 5+ years in the industry as a Project Manager in the disaster restoration industry, ideally in Ottawa / Gatineau.
You should have solid IT skills, Xactimate and be an excellentmunicator of ideas and concepts.
You must be organized and operate well under pressure and in a crisis.
