JOB OVERVIEW :

FIELDBOSS is an innovative, flexible field service management solution, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and designed for elevator, HVAC, and specialty contractors.

The organization is led by a team of CPAs and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialists who have been providing the highest level of service in the Microsoft solution consulting industry since 1989.

We're in search of a FIELDBOSS Front Line Support and Training Consultant with a strong background in either HVAC or Elevator Mechanical Contracting or Microsoft Dynamics 365, software support, and customer service.

As a member of our product team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice, support, and training to our valued clients across North America.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Client Customer Service, Training, Support, and Troubleshooting

  • Provide timely and accurate response to FIELDBOSS support requests via phone, email, or online.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges, and deploying effective solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions and recommend best practices for clients to maximize their understanding and use of FIELDBOSS.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues swiftly, ensuring uninterrupted client operations.
  • Log client interactions and issue resolutions with clarity and conciseness.
  • Perform comprehensive client system audits to assess client efficiency, including monitoring storage and licensing.

Product Team Collaboration

  • Document client customization requests and provide prudent recommendations per our customization policy.
  • Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams about potential improvements and client needs.
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure a seamless client experience.

Continuous Learning and Improvement

  • Keep in sync with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 updates, future trends, and shifting landscapes.
  • Stay on the pulse of FIELDBOSS product enhancements and transitions.
  • Uphold current software certifications, as relevant to the role.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • High-level effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Prior experience in software support or consulting, or a related customer service role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including the abilities to :
  • Craft and modify views, charts, and dashboards
  • Create and adjust workflows and business rules
  • Customize forms
  • Quick adoption and grasp of emerging technologies
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
