We are looking for a Shipping Coordinator to oversee daily shipping and receiving activities while ensuring effective inventory management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our product nomenclature and contribute to the continuous improvement of the department.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Knowledge : Develop a thorough understanding of the nomenclature of various products.

Daily Operations : Supervise daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Inventory Management : Participate in inventory management processes and maintain accurate inventory levels.

Returns Management : Manage the returns process based on the status and condition of the goods.

Receiving Process : Handle Good Receipts to ensure proper documentation and tracking.

Labeling : Establish and manage product labeling to maintain organization and clarity.

Order Fulfillment : Perform production, picking, and packing of orders with attention to detail.

Reporting : Generate various reports, including preparation reports, daily summaries, client priorities, and shipments.

Continuous Improvement : Contribute to ongoing improvements within the department to optimize operational efficiency.

Previous experience in a supervisory role within logistics or operations.
