Ce poste supervise les opérations de plusieurs salons d’hospitalité dans un environnement dynamique à Montreal. Le ou la Directeur(trice) général(e) est responsable des opérations quotidiennes, de l’expérience client, du leadership des équipes, de la performance financière et de la conformité réglementaire.

Principales responsabilités :
• Assurer le bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes et une expérience client constante et de haute qualité.
• Diriger, encadrer et soutenir les gestionnaires, superviseurs, employés et sous-traitants.
• Mettre en œuvre les processus opérationnels et assurer le respect des normes de santé, de sécurité et de conformité réglementaire.
• Gérer les commentaires des clients et maintenir des standards de service élevés.
• Gérer les budgets, le contrôle des coûts, les rapports et la performance financière globale.
• Collaborer avec les équipes internes (opérations, service à la clientèle, marketing, TI).
• Maintenir l’état des installations, superviser la maintenance préventive et gérer les fournisseurs.
• Soutenir les promotions, événements et initiatives visant à améliorer le service et les revenus.
• Exécuter tout autre projet opérationnel ou stratégique requis.

Ce que nous cherchons :
• Baccalauréat en gestion hôtelière, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
• Plus de 10 ans d’expérience en gestion senior dans l’hôtellerie, la restauration, les aéroports ou des environnements d’hospitalité similaires.
• Excellentes capacités de leadership et de gestion d’équipes.
• Solides compétences en communication avec une approche axée sur l’expérience client.
• Expérience dans la supervision de la performance financière et des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI).
• Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique à unités multiples.
• Fortes compétences organisationnelles et en résolution de problèmes.
• Connaissance des normes de santé et de sécurité en hôtellerie.
• Bilingue français–anglais.

Role Overview
This position oversees the operations of multiple hospitality lounges in a high pace environment in Montreal. The General Manager is responsible for daily operations, guest experience, team leadership, financial performance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth daily operations and a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
• Lead, coach, and support managers, supervisors, staff, and contractors.
• Implement operational processes and maintain health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Handle guest feedback and maintain strong service standards.
• Manage budgets, cost control, reporting, and overall financial performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, marketing, IT).
• Maintain facility conditions, oversee preventive maintenance, and manage vendors.
• Support promotions, events, and initiatives that enhance service and revenue.
• Execute additional operational or strategic projects as required.

What we're looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of senior management experience in hotels, restaurants, airports, or similar hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with a guest-first approach.
• Experience overseeing financial performance and operational KPIs.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in hospitality.
• Bilingual French–English.
