Connect6 Group cherche à agrandir son équipe ! Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'agents de centre d'appels / de vente qui travailleront avec notre client TELUS, un important fournisseur de services sans fil, et qui seront responsables de mener des activités de marketing direct auprès des consommateurs par le biais de la vente.

Notre équipe d'agents de centre d'appel / de télévente sera composée de personnes orientées vers la vente. Nous recherchons un agent de centre d'appels / de télévente expérimenté et motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe.

En tant qu'agent de centre d'appels / de télévente, vous serez chargé de passer des appels à des clients potentiels dans le but principal d'atteindre vos objectifs de vente.

En outre, le représentant devra non seulement se concentrer sur les ventes, mais aussi agir en tant qu'ambassadeur du client et sera responsable du maintien d'une association positive avec la marque auprès des clients.

RESPONSABILITÉS :

  • Capacité à convertir les prospects en opportunités de manière efficace et efficiente.
  • Aller à la rencontre des clients existants et potentiels pour leur proposer des produits et des services.
  • Capacité à passer 120 à 150 appels par jour.
  • Communiquer avec les clients pour comprendre leurs exigences et leurs besoins.
  • Proposer des solutions basées sur les besoins et les capacités des clients.
  • Saisir et mettre à jour les informations relatives aux clients dans la base de données.
  • Traiter les griefs afin de préserver la réputation de l'entreprise.
  • Disponibilité à temps plein ; du lundi au vendredi entre 12h30 et 20h30 et le samedi entre 10h et 18h.

EXIGENCES :

  • Expérience préalable de la vente.
  • Capacité à traiter les appels sortants de manière professionnelle.
  • Capacité à gérer les refus et les objections.
  • Expérience de la vente de produits de sécurité à domicile.
  • Des compétences exceptionnelles en matière de négociation, avec la capacité de résoudre les problèmes et de traiter les plaintes.
  • Capacité et volonté de se renseigner sur les spécifications et les avantages des produits et services.
  • De bonnes compétences en matière de négociation.
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, de communication et de présentation.
  • Forte capacité à convaincre.

Rémunération :

  • Salaire compétitif + structure de commissions.
  • Salaire de base de départ de 17 $ de l'heure plus commission.
  • Le salaire moyen est de 23 $ de l'heure.

Connect6 Group is looking to add to our expanding team! We are currently looking for Call Center / Telesales agents who will be working alongside our client TELUS, a leading wireless services provider, and will be responsible for conducting direct to consumer marketing through sales.

Our team of Call Center / Telesales agents will be sales-oriented people. We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Call Center / Telesales Representative to join our team.

As a Call Center / Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales targets.

Additionally, the representative will not only need to focus on sales and also act as ambassadors for the client and will be responsible for maintaining positive brand association with customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Ability to convert leads into opportunities efficiently and effectively.
  • Reach out to existing and potential customers to offer products and services.
  • Ability to make 120 -150 calls a day.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
  • Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilities.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
  • Full-time availability; from Monday to Friday between 12 : 30 PM to 8 : 30 PM and Saturday between 10 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Prior sales experience.
  • Ability to handle outbound calls in a professional manner.
  • Ability to handle rejection and objections.
  • Experience selling home security products.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • Ability and willingness to learn about the specifications and benefits of products and services.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong convincing ability.

Compensation :

  • Competitive salary + commission structure.
  • Starting base wage of $17 per hour plus commission
  • The average earnings are $23 per hour
