Responsabilités
Champion de la Surveillance des Projets / Indicateurs de Performance Clés (KPI) pour MT Canada
Prenez la tête de la gestion et de la surveillance du suivi des projets et des indicateurs de performance clés pour les projets MT Canada.
Support à l'Administration de l'Outil de Gestion des Portefeuilles et des Ressources
Devenez l'expert incontournable de l'administration de Planview, en fournissant un support complet aux responsables des services IT, aux chefs de livraison et aux chefs de projet pour favoriser une exécution efficace des projets.
Défenseur des Processus PMO / Portefeuille
Agissez en tant que conseiller de confiance, offrant des conseils sur les processus de gestion du PMO et du portefeuille pour maintenir les meilleures pratiques et méthodologies.
Architecte du Tableau de Bord Opérationnel Mensuel
Maintenez un tableau de bord opérationnel mensuel pour offrir une visibilité éclairée sur la performance des projets IT et des opérations.
Responsable des Mises à Jour Mensuelles du Portefeuille Exécutif
Collaborez étroitement avec les chefs de projet et les responsables des services pour garantir des mises à jour précises et opportunes pour les mises à jour exécutives sur le statut du portefeuille, mettant en lumière les réalisations clés, les risques potentiels et les domaines nécessitant une attention particulière.
Moteur des Initiatives d'Amélioration Continue
Participez activement aux initiatives d'amélioration continue de la gestion du PMO et du portefeuille, contribuant à l'amélioration des processus, des outils et de l'efficacité globale en collaboration avec notre équipe d'entreprise.
Qualifications
Diplôme de licence en administration des affaires, en technologies de l'information ou dans un domaine connexe.
Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de portefeuille, gestion de projet ou dans un rôle similaire.
Maîtrise d'outils de gestion de portefeuille de projets.
Compréhension des processus et des meilleures pratiques de gestion du PMO et du portefeuille.
Compétences exceptionnelles en analyse, en organisation et en communication.
Capacité avérée à collaborer efficacement avec des équipes et des parties prenantes interfonctionnelles.
Attention inébranlable aux détails et engagement envers la précision.
Expert avec la suite d'applications Microsoft Office (compétences ++ en présentation PowerPoint exécutive)
Familiarité avec les solutions PPM (par exemple, Planview (Asset), Smartsheet, Jira) pour la gestion des projets.
Bilingue avec d'excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale requises
Le.la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et / ou externes à l’extérieur du Québec et / ou aux États-Unis.

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of IT Enablement, you will be at the forefront of coordinating and overseeing a diverse range of portfolio management activities.
From project tracking and KPI coordination to Planview administration and PMO process support, this role is pivotal in ensuring we deliver with operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
Champion MT Canada Project Tracking / KPIs
Lead the charge in managing and monitoring project tracking and key performance indicators for MT Canada projects
Portfolio and resource Management tool Administration Support
Be the go-to expert for Planview administration, providing comprehensive support to IT Service Managers, delivery Leads and Project Managers to drive effective project execution.
PMO / Portfolio Processes Advocate
Serve as a trusted advisor, offering guidance on PMO and portfolio management processes to uphold best practices and methodologies.
Architect of Monthly Operational Dashboard
Maintain a monthly operational dashboard to deliver insightful visibility into IT project and operational performance.
Curate Monthly Portfolio Executive Updates
Collaborate closely with PMs and Service managers to ensure accurate and timely updates are provides for executive updates on portfolio status, spotlighting key achievements, potentialrisks, and areas requiring attention.
Drive of Continuous Improvement Initiatives :
Actively engage in PMO and portfolio management continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of processes, tools, and overall effectiveness in collaboration with our enterprise team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in portfolio management, project management, or a related role.
Proficiency with project portfolio management tools
Understanding of PMO and portfolio management processes and best practices
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Unwavering attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Expert with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Executive PowerPoint Presentation skills ++)
Familiarity with PPM solutions (e.g., Planview (Asset) , Smartsheet, Jira) for managing projects.
Bilingual with excellent written & verbal communication skills required
The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and / or external clients outside Quebec and / or in the United States.
Therefore, he / she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
