Job descriptionParticipate in the development and support of the company's strategic plans Including GL analysis as well as an explanation of actual results vs. budget Monitor the financial performance of the company or companies Compile and analyze financial reporting packages, including preparation of monthly and annual financial statements Prepare monthly and annual operating budgets Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with company procedure Communicate financial measures to upper management Provide leadership and support to accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll (HR) departments Full accounting cycle, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations and journal entries Payroll for permanent employees Support during audits Other tasks as needed Experience : 5 years or more Experience with financial statements Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite and accounting softwares / tax prep or others Bachelor's degree Accounting designation CPA an asset Strong interpersonal and communication skills Must be motivated and autonomous Ability to work closely with a management team Bilingual with excellent French
