We utilize Big Data to offer comprehensive analytics and reports to investors, brokers and suppliers in the apartment industry.

Who are we looking for? We are currently looking for an experienced B2B marketing professional to join our fast-growing SaaS Big Data Company as a Director of Marketing .

If you are passionate about marketing and demand generation and have experience managing and leading marketing teams with a track record of delivering double-digit revenue increases over the past four years then we want to hear from you!

You will be responsible for the following in this role :

  • Execute a marketing strategy to meet company goals and sharpen our competitive positioning
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
  • Drive demand and lead generation activities to support revenue growth and performance metrics
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns across various platforms which include but are not limited to organic campaigns, social media, email, and digital content creation
  • Oversee the hiring and management of freelancers, agencies, and other external partners to support marketing initiatives.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

You will demonstrate these skills and experiences :

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience as a Director or Manager (Real Estate or SaaS marketing experience is a plus)
  • Proven experience in trade show strategizing and management, sales event planning, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated career growth in marketing with longevity with prior companies
  • Experience in hiring, managing, mentoring, and coaching multinational team members and agencies
  • First-hand experience with demand generation and development of all marketing channels
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering results, excellent data fluency
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • A deep understanding of modern marketing practices and a strong point of view on aesthetics and brand
  • Experience and ability to manage agencies and vendors is required
