You will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and controlling warehousing to ensure efficient inventory and warehouse management and cost-effective delivery of shipment volume objectives. You will also oversee the plant’s Dispensary operations for raw and packaging materials to provide consistent quality ingredients to production efficiently and cost-effectively.
How You Will Contribute
- Manage receipt, issue, disposal of raw and packaging materials, and finished goods inventories, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
- Lead optimal utilization of warehouse space, manage inventory levels, and control replenishment processes to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and governance standards, including audits and certifications.
- Develop talent, build capabilities, and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
