Goals and Outcomes :
- As a sales representative of Paramount, you will be responsible for all aspects of the customer acquisition and management.
- Conduct proactive consultative needs analysis with new prospective customers.
- Develops and presents sales presentations / proposals with new prospective customers.
- Establishing contracts

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
- Proficiency in both English and Cree or Ojibwe is preferred.
- Must be able to travel both in and out of province. Travel could be overnight or several hours from starting location.
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Good networking abilities
- Organized
- Proven work ethic
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate the benefits of product clearly to customers and prospects
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Must be personable, energetic, and enjoy working with people on a daily basis
- Experience in the HVAC / Refrigeration, restaurant or food service industry a plus
- Proven track record of success in sales.
