Goals and Outcomes :

As a sales representative of Paramount, you will be responsible for all aspects of the customer acquisition and management.

Conduct proactive consultative needs analysis with new prospective customers.

Develops and presents sales presentations / proposals with new prospective customers.

Establishing contracts

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

Proficiency in both English and Cree or Ojibwe is preferred.

Must be able to travel both in and out of province. Travel could be overnight or several hours from starting location.

Proven work ethic

Excellent communication skills, able to communicate the benefits of product clearly to customers and prospects

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Experience in the HVAC / Refrigeration, restaurant or food service industry a plus

Proven track record of success in sales.
