As a new Food Services team member (FSA) joining our Village Team, you will :
- Hold a valid Food Handlers certification
- Valid Smart Serve Certification
- Display a caring and respectful attitude toward our residents, families, and team members
- Be able to lift up to 35lbs
- Have exceptional time management sills and ability to work in collaboration with a team
- Support and embrace our resident-centered social culture and be proud to deliver the highest quality of customer service to our residents
- Assist in serving meals and beverages to our residents ensuring we meet residents’ diets and food preferences while following safe and sanitary food handling techniques
- Food Service Team Members at Schlegel Villages assist with the preparation of catering functions and events, and maintaining a clean dining room and workspace

Have completed, enrolled in or willing to enroll in the Food Services Worker training program
