I am looking for a restaurant manager to join my team at 3228 Hawthorne Restaurant Manager has overall responsibility for the continued short and long term business success of their restaurant, including accountability for sales, profits and growth.
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring that the A&W restaurant is operated to industry leading standards, ensuring that the delivery of the guestexperience is a competitive strength for A&W.
These are achieved through coaching and developing the restaurant team with respect to the guest experience, operations, finances, and human resources.
ResponsibilitiesBuild and achieve targets for sales and profit in the restaurant. This includes managing all aspects of profitability : Ensuring effective management of key variable costs of food, labour and other controllablesEnsuring strict adherence to cash control policies and proceduresManaging variable and fixed restaurant costs, including equipment maintenanceAssist in creating an annual profit plans for the restaurant.
Consistently deliver an industry leading guest experience as detailed in our strategy and measured by internal and external consumers measures ( brand compliance assessments, third party food safety audits, internal and external guest feedback)Develop and maintain a strong working climate with the restaurant team.
Develop a high performing team through effective processes of recruitment, selection, training, delegation, coaching and performance management.
