Job Description

As the Principal Product Manager at Appcast, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our platform, mitigating fraud and defining the role of AI across our product portfolio.

You will be responsible for the core platform governing our product, driving growth for niche products and leading AI by integration by defining critical features and shaping the roadmap to achieve high-scale, high-performance to our customers and partners.

Job Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy and Vision : Define and articulate a clear and comprehensive product strategy that aligns with market trends, technological advancements, and organizational goals.
  • Roadmap Planning and Execution : Develop and oversee a product roadmap that aligns with strategic objectives, ensuring seamless implementation and delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Customer-Centric Focus : Champion a customer-centric approach, prioritizing user needs and feedback to drive product improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis and Competitor Benchmarking : Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities, ensuring our products remain innovative and competitive.
  • Performance Metrics and KPI Monitoring : Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize product performance.
  • Strategic Planning and Alignment : Collaborate with executive leadership to align product strategies with organizational goals, ensuring maximum impact and success for our product offerings.
  • Innovation and Leadership : Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve our platform.

Act as a subject matter expert on platform and AI technologies, providing guidance and support to internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, data privacy, and fraud mitigation.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing.
  • Experience leading product teams and influencing product strategy at a senior level.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, user research, and performance metrics to drive product decisions.

Education and Experience

  • 8-10 years in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or principal role.
  • Proven experience with paid / programmatic advertising and retargeting technologies
  • Proven track record in scaling platforms, integrating AI features, and managing niche products.
  • Bachelor’s Degree : In Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Advanced Studies : Courses or certifications in AI, machine learning, data science, or product management.

Travel Requirements

Travel for this position may include quarterly travel to attend internal and external meetings, however, this may vary based on business needs and opportunities.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does not supervise others.
