Your Job
- Manage the business solution architecture team, contribute to its development and provide mobilizing leadership to employees
- Collaborate with the delivery teams and the business line in the definition and execution of projects, ensuring that the solutions implemented comply with the Bank's architectural guidelines and governance
- Manage architect demand, team capacity, and assignments
- Support the SnL Architect and Domain Architects in the evolution of domains, the use of target capacities and sound debt management
- Collaborate with the Practice Lead for Solution Architecture by contributing to the evolution and implementation of our practice
- Promote a culture of learning, team commitment, continuous improvement and recognition in your team.

Prerequisites
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or information technology completed, and ten years of relevant experience
- Proven experience as a solution architect, with a focus on complex solutions
- Experience in management, development, coaching and team mobilization
- Understanding of the concepts, technologies and solutions of a modern ecosystem (e.g. Microservices, REST APIs, Data Flow (streaming), security, elasticity, Saas, Paas, Iaas, software package, cloud, etc.)
- Excellent ability to communicate, popularize and influence.
