Our Quebec based client is seeking an SAP SCM Senior Solutions Architect to join their organization on a full time permanent basis. This will be a hybrid work setting with the exact number of on-site and remote days to be confirmed.
- The SAP SCM Senior Solutions Architect is to translate business requirements into a secure, robust solution that complies with established company standards.
- The SAP SCM Senior Solutions Architect will work closely with Business Analysts, Business Analysts (BAs) and Technical Analysts to solve business issues using both standard SAP and custom solutions.
- The SAP SCM Senior Solution Architect's mandate is to synthesize major issues into clear solutions so that stakeholders can make informed decisions.
- Design business solutions, based on SAP technology, that take into account system integrations, security governance, operating model, size and cost, as well as other relevant architecture topics.
- Create a relevant conceptual solution to which analysts, developers, specialists and configurators can refer during the functional design process and solution delivery.
- Provide insight and expert advice on complex / large-scale projects and SAP functional and / or technical support.
- Be able to simplify and standardize complex concepts / processes.
- Facilitate and enable the integration of applications, services and business processes using common methodologies.
- Provide guidance and advice to projects on various integration models : SAP, BTP and CPI, Middleware, etc.
- Provide recommendations in terms of interfacing with plant systems (MES-Aveva) and other related company systems.
- Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written is MANDATORY.
- SAP experience in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods.
- SAP S4 / HANA experience is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field.
- 15 years of professional experience with SAP products as an architect or senior functional analyst with knowledge of 2 or more SAP modules.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written is MANDATORY.
