DESCRIPTION

Personne qui conceptualise, réalise et diffuse de l'information auprès de la population et du personnel, incluant les gestionnaires par l'utilisation d'outils de communication.

FONCTIONS SPÉCIFIQUES

Sous la supervision de la directrice adjointe des communications, le / la technicien / ne en communications devra :

Concevoir et produire des outils de sensibilisation de haute qualité, y compris des infographies simples, et d’autres supports de communication visuelle ;
Soutenir la présence en ligne du CCSSSJB pour les outils web internes et externes ;
Effectuer des tâches de mise en page et de publication assistée par ordinateur pour divers documents ;
Créer et mettre en œuvre des sondages en ligne, compiler des données statistiques et générer des rapports ;
Gérer et mettre à jour les annuaires et les listes de diffusion ;
Soutenir l’innovation des tactiques de communication pour rejoindre efficacement les publics sur l’information en santé et en services sociaux ;
Développer divers outils de communication en adhérant aux meilleures pratiques en matière de communication ;
Soutenir les stratégies de diffusion des connaissances sur le site Web et l’intranet de l’organisation, en collaboration avec une équipe de professionnels spécialisés dans la diffusion des connaissances ;
Participer au suivi des outils de diffusion des connaissances, à la réalisation de tests, d’audits de satisfaction et à la présentation des résultats à l’équipe Communication ;
Assumer temporairement les responsabilités d’un poste connexe au besoin.

EXIGENCES

Éducation :

Diplôme d’études collégiales avec spécialisation en communication, en technologie de l’administration ou dans un autre domaine pertinent reconnu par le ministère de l’Éducation du Québec.

Expérience :

Minimum d’un (1) an d’expérience dans le domaine des communications ;

Une expérience dans le secteur de la santé et des services sociaux est considérée comme un atout.

Connaissances et capacités :

Bonne connaissance du réseau de la santé et des services sociaux et des communautés cries ;

Orientation vers les relations publiques / communautaires, sensibilisation à la réalité des Premières Nations ;

Capacité d'identifier et d'analyser les besoins en information dans un environnement de travail et de vie ;

Excellente pensée critique ;

Connaissance des méthodes de planification et de recherche, de l'analyse statistique, des systèmes d'information et de l'évaluation ;

Excellentes aptitudes à la communication ;

Familiarité avec les outils de marketing en ligne, les plateformes de médias sociaux et les outils de collaboration tels que les logiciels de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, etc.) ;

Connaissance des systèmes audiovisuels et compétences en travail avec des logiciels de production vidéo animée sont considérées comme un atout ;

Esprit d’équipe, travail collaboratif et capacité d’adaptation ;

Capacité à gérer les priorités et à travailler dans des délais serrés.

LANGUES

Maîtrise de l'anglais ;

La maîtrise du cri et / ou du français est un atout.

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION

A person who conceptualizes, produces and disseminates information to the public and staff, including managers, using communication tools.

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS

Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Communications, the Communications Technician will :

Design and produce high-quality outreach tools, including simple infographics, and other visual communication materials;

Support the online presence of CBHSSJB for both internal and external web tools;

Conduct layout and desktop publishing tasks for various documents;

Create and implement online surveys, compile statistical data, and generate reports;

Manage and update directories and mailing lists;

Support the innovation of communication tactics to effectively reach audiences on health and social services information;

Develop diverse communication tools adhering to best practices in communication outreach;

Support knowledge dissemination strategies on the organization’s website and intranet, collaborating with a team of professionals specialized in knowledge dissemination;

Participate in the monitoring knowledge dissemination tools, conducting tests, satisfaction audits, and presenting results to the Communication team;

Temporarily assume the responsibilities of a related position when required.

REQUIREMENTS

Education :

Diploma of College Studies with a specialization in communication, administration technology, or another relevant field recognized by the Ministry of Education of Quebec.

Experience :

Minimum of one (1) year experience in the communications field;

Experience in the health and Social Services sector is considered an asset.

Knowledge and Abilities :

Good knowledge of Health and Social Services Network and the Cree communities;

Public / community relation orientation, awareness of the First Nation’s reality;

Ability in the identification and analysis of the information needs in a work and life environment;

Excellent critical thinking;

Knowledge of planning and research methods, statistical analysis, information systems and evaluation;

Excellent communications skills;

Familiarity with online marketing tools, social media platforms, and collaboration tools such as the MS Office suite software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, etc.);

Knowledge of audio-visual systems and skills in working with animated video production software is considered an asset;

Team spirit, collaboration work and adaptability;

Ability to manage priorities and work within tight deadlines.

LANGUAGE

Fluent in English;

Fluency in Cree and / or French is an asset;

OTHER

Available to travel inside and outside of the Eeyou Istchee territory as required;

Possibility of telework.
