Senior DataAnalyst

Weare seeking a datadriven Senior Data Analyst with strong Excelskills and a passion for data excellence to join our client in themining and metal industry based in Montreal.

This inoffice rolerequires 23 days per week of onsite presence. The ideal candidatewill support the Data Master team in optimizing data processes andensuring data accuracy utilizing their expertise in Microsoft ExcelSAP and sparesFindertools.

Whatis in it foryou :

Hourly salary of $60 to $70 based onexperience.

6monthcontract.

Fulltime position : 40hours per week.

Hybrid work : 23days per week inoffice required.

Responsibilities :

Utilize SAP (RTBS) Excel and sparesFinder tools for data collectionand analysis.

Audit test anddocument current and upcoming functionalities of material mastermanagement in sparesFinder.

Troubleshoot and record enduser issues withsparesFinder.

Conduct dataexploration and analysis to identify actionable insights for datacleansing and standardization activities improving overall dataquality.

Implement qualityassurance procedures to identify and rectify discrepancies withinthe data ensuring adherence to establishedstandards.

Contribute to theongoing maintenance and optimization of the material master catalogthrough regular data updates.

Collaborate with the Material Master team for issue resolution todrive standardization and bestpractices.

Whatyou will need tosucceed :

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data manipulationanalysis and reporting; experience with macrocoding RegEx and SQLfor data automation is a strongadvantage.

Solid understanding ofSAP procurement and data modules with the ability to navigate andextract information efficiently.

Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention todetail and a systematic approach to ensure data accuracy andintegrity.

Strong analyticalproblemsolving skills resourcefulness and the ability to identifyand resolve data discrepancies.

Ability to prioritize effectively balancing accuracy with speed ina fastpaced environment.

Flexibility and eagerness to learn new processes andtechnologies.

Bilingualcommunication skills in French and English are required;proficiency in Spanish is a valuableasset.
