YOUR ROLE : Lead files involving securities, governance and corporate law as a whole;Provide advice to management on securities and corporate governance issues;Lead the corporate secretary team and coordinate certain board committees;Participate in transactions, develop internal policies, oversee corporate follow-ups and contribute to compliance with continuous disclosure obligations.
