Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Respond promptly to inquiries, provide quotes, and follow up on sales opportunities.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate steel products and services.
Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Track sales activities and manage customer accounts using CRM tools.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role (experience in the steel industry or manufacturing is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
