Job Description : As a Home Exterior Lighting and Security Systems Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting our high-quality lighting and security solutions to homeowners.
You will build relationships, educate clients on product benefits, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and target potential customers through networking, referrals, and local marketing efforts.
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and present suitable lighting and security solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and commission goals.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in home services or related industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of home security systems and exterior lighting is a plus.
- High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation : This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Commissions are based on sales performance, with opportunities for bonuses and incentives based on meeting or exceeding targets.
