  • Set inbound performance standards to eliminate detention and storage exposure.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve putaway velocity and reduce systemic fill loss.
Quality Management:
  • Own end‑to‑end quality management strategy for dealer claims and returns.
  • Lead cross‑functional escalation and resolution with HQ and key vendors on systemic or recurring quality issues.
  • Establish governance, metrics, and prevention frameworks to reduce future quality risks.
Inventory Control:
  • Manage overall inventory control strategy and governance for the PDC.
  • Lead warehouse optimization, system enhancements, and process standardization to support scalability and cost efficiency.
  • Use data and KPIs to drive decision‑making, risk mitigation, and long‑term operational stability.
Analysis & Continuous Improvement:
  • Analyze logistics and PDC operations performance data to generate actionable insights.
  • Support the development of strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across the PDC.
  • Monitor and analyze key operational areas, including inbound volume, labor productivity (LPH), inbound quality, storage utilization, future capacity planning, quality management, and inventory control functions.
Business Plan Management:
  • Translate business objectives into clear, actionable plans with defined timelines, responsibilities, and milestones.
  • Develop and execute detailed implementation plans in coordination with the Senior Manager to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with Logistics Distribution Services (LDS) management and data analysts to prepare and manage monthly business plan reports.
Reporting & Performance Management:
  • Periodic Reports: Collect, analyze, and validate data to prepare recurring reports related to PDC operations in alignment with Mobis KPIs.
  • Key Management Indicators: Compile and analyze data for monthly management indicator reports.
  • Productivity Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly productivity performance reports.
  • Dealer Claim Reporting: Prepare dealer claim reports and support improvement plans based on performance analysis provided by the dealer claim team.
  • Inventory Accuracy Reporting: Prepare reports on regular and special inventory counts, including overage, shortage, and damage results, and support root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Ad‑hoc Reporting: Prepare ad‑hoc reports and analyses as requested by Mobis HQ.
Compliance & Process Support:
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards established by Hyundai Mobis HQ.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within PDC operations.
  • Support the development and maintenance of process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Required Competencies:
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc or BEng) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is considered an asset.
Experience:
  • Proven experience in data analysis, data mining, and continuous improvement initiatives based on analytical findings.
  • Strong background in report development and cross‑functional coordination.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain management, warehouse operations, inventory management, and financial or operational reporting within a corporate environment is preferred.
Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data modeling, and analytical functions.
