Nous recherchons un senior Business Analyst. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les experts en sécurité, en TI et en affaires.
Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'identification des objectifs d'affaires des domaines de sécurité, en veillant à leur bon fonctionnement et à leur évolution.
Mission
- Rédiger et formaliser les processus de gestion des identités et des accès.
- Garantir une documentation précise et une compréhension partagée de la situation actuelle pour tous les intervenants.
- Identifier et consigner les informations concernant les parties prenantes et leurs besoins.
- Effectuer diverses analyses pour repérer les écarts entre la situation actuelle et la situation souhaitée.
- Proposer des pistes pour améliorer la performance et l'expérience utilisateur.
- Veiller à la production des analyses et documents nécessaires pour une gestion harmonieuse du changement opérationnel auprès des parties prenantes.
- Contribuer à maintenir un environnement de travail positif pour l'équipe.
Compétences
- Diplôme universitaire en lien avec le secteur d'activité et sept ans d'expérience pertinente ou maîtrise dans un domaine connexe et cinq ans d'expérience pertinente.
- Maîtrise des méthodologies de processus d'affaires, notamment la cartographie et BPMN.
- Expérience en transformation des processus d'affaires de bout en bout, gestion du changement et amélioration continue.
- Connaissances approfondies des capacités de gestion des identités et des accès (processus, outils, données).
- Aptitude à résoudre des problèmes complexes en faisant preuve de créativité et à se tenir informé des nouvelles tendances et meilleures pratiques du marché.
- Capacité à penser en termes de processus d'affaires de bout en bout pour élaborer de nouveaux processus et comprendre les interdépendances organisationnelles.
- Sens politique aigu.
- Esprit de synthèse et compétences en leadership.
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais, parlé et écrit).
