Our client, an American multinational in the manufacturing sector, is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst - Business Partner to join a dynamic and talented team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing in-depth financial analysis, supporting strategic decisions, and playing a key role as a business partner within the organization.

Responsibilities

As a Financial Analyst Business Partner, you will play a key role in providing financial support to the company's operations and work closely with the various departments to provide in-depth analysis and strategic advice.

Your primary responsibilities include :

• Work closely with the different divisions of the company to understand their financial needs and support them in decision-making.
• Develop and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Actively participate in the budgeting and financial forecasting process, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions.
• Perform business cases for existing and future projects, providing recommendations based on solid financial data.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of financial tools and systems to optimize internal processes.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and financial risks.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and investors, to ensure effective and transparent communication.
• Support digital transformation and cost optimization initiatives within the organization.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and special reports as required by management.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• Strong skills in financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with a proven ability to present financial information to non-specialists.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with great attention to detail and deadlines.
• Critical thinking, proactivity and ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
