You'll lead exciting real estate development projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What You'll Do : Lead with Vision : Guide projects through every phase, from initial feasibility and planning to construction and closeout, ensuring alignment with our company's goals and community needs.

Hamilton Expertise : Apply your knowledge of the Hamilton real estate market, zoning regulations, and building codes to ensure successful project execution.

Analyze & Strategize : Conduct thorough due diligence, feasibility studies, and market analysis to assess project viability and maximize potential.

Financial Mastery : Develop detailed project pro formas, financial models, and budgets to ensure projects are financially sound and profitable.

Build a Strong Team : Oversee the selection and management of architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, fostering collaborative partnerships.

Oversee Construction : Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Control & Mitigate : Proactively manage project budgets, schedules, and risks, identifying and mitigating potential challenges.

Communicate Effectively : Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, government agencies, and community groups.

What You Bring : Industry Expertise : Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven Track Record : 5+ years of progressive experience in real estate development with a focus on project management, showcasing successful project delivery.

Local Knowledge : Familiarity with the Hamilton real estate market and development landscape.Financial Acumen : Strong understanding of real estate finance, development pro formas, and budget management.

Construction Know-How : Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and contract administration.Leadership & Communication : Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
