Responsibilities:

• Oversight and coordination of multidisciplinary design teams, including quality and technical review of drawings, specifications, reports, budget and schedules.

• Coordination of multiple design and construction projects including the scheduling, reporting and uploading of project deliverables.

• Manage project financial tracking and record keeping.

• Completion of purchase order requests, work plans, invoicing, sub-consultant purchase orders.

• Follow established document processing control systems.

• Communications with clients, contractors, and sub-contractors both verbal and written.

Qualifications:

• Post secondary education in civil engineering

• Minimum 6 years of experience leading large municipal projects involving site development, grading, drainage, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and/or watermain construction.

• P.Eng required. PMP certification is beneficial.

• Demonstrated design and coordination experience.

• CAD knowledge required.

• Knowledge of scheduling software (MS Project) required.
