MyBest Company is looking for a results-driven sales professional with 5 years’ experience collaborating with partners selling B2B products and services in the health and wellness industry.

The foundation is organization, the focus is execution and the outcome is revenue growth.
This role is responsible for generating and onboarding new business partnerships. The focus is on strategic accounts in the hospitably, entertainment, fitness, health, aesthetics and wellness verticals dealing with large organizations and individual clinic owners.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to increasing revenue and driving sustainable growth.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the defined market
- Source and Qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Contact, cultivat and network with potential clients
- Identify partner needs, or problems we can help solve
- Present appropriate products / services
- Customize product solutions to create right fit partnerships
- Manage the first 90-day partner onboarding process.
- Build long-term, trusting relationships.
- Report on (weekly / monthly / quarterly) sales results
- Stay up-to-date with new products / services and new pricing / payment plans
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative Sales Account Exec or similar
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
