Our ability to meet deadlines and budgets as well asour vast expertise in the field allow us to actively participate inlargescale projects such as the SamuelDeChamplain Bridge the R seauExpress M tropolitain (REM) and the Site C hydroelectric powerstation located near Fort StJohn in BritishColumbia.

Underthe supervision of the Project Manager and Project Director theOffice Administrator will have the opportunity to assume importantand diversified functions and responsibilities including :

Responsibilities

  • Ensurethe processing and drafting of all required correspondence andensuring the of various mandates between the differentdepartments;
  • Fulfillrequests related to office management and administrativetasks;
  • Providepayroll support to the project including the daily completion oftime sheet entry as well as answer inquiries to site personnelrelated to payroll matters;
  • Providepurchasing support to the project including the issuing of POsreconciliation of receipts and dataentry;
  • Receivevisitors deliveries communications etc. at the office direct themappropriately;
  • Coordinatevarious executive or project management meetings including thepreparation of necessary documents and / orpresentations;
  • Structureand effectively maintain a filingsystem;
  • Preparerecord and follow up on payments of expenseaccounts;
  • Maintainan inventory of office supplies equipment andmaterials;
  • Completecorrespondence requests such as writing letters and completingvarious documentation;
  • Coordinateand book the necessary arrangements fortravel;
  • Otherduties asassigned.

Requirements

Requirements

  • PostSecondary Education in Business Administration or similar programor a combination of relevant training andexperience;
  • 12years of experience in a similar role preferably in theconstruction industry;
  • Excellentcommand of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlookapplications;
  • Knowledgeof the construction industry;
  • BilingualismFrench and English would be considered anasset.

  • Requirements Post Secondary Education in Business Administration orsimilar program, or a combination of relevant training andexperience;
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferablyin the construction industry; Excellent command of Microsoft OfficeSuite and Outlook applications;
