MDSearch is recruiting a Preventive Health Physician to join a multidisciplinary team at a private precision preventive medicine and integrative health clinic in Etobicoke.
- Lifestyle Medicine : Develop and enhance skills in lifestyle medicine, motivational interviewing, and Bioidentical Hormone Therapy (BHRT). Training will be provided.
- Patient Recommendations : Create personalized lifestyle, medical, and integrative health recommendations based on structured examinations, data analysis and extensive use of templates
- Patient Follow-Up : Ensure patient compliance and satisfaction through secure communication and follow-up processes.
Requirements
- Medical degree and valid license to practice in Ontario.
- Experience in primary care, with a strong interest in preventive medicine and integrative health.
- Familiarity with Accuro EMR and Medeo communication tools is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including highly trained professionals in exercise physiology, nutrition, naturopathic medicine, kinesiology, sports chiropractic and more.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in lifestyle medicine, motivational interviewing, and Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)

Remuneration :
- Competitive Compensation of $200-250 / hour
- Additional professional fee for service for uninsured examinations and triannual reviews.
