Role Overview

Parallel or backwards, you always have a smile on your face

Accessible and courteous, do you want to be part of a team that's moving in the right direction? We're looking for an approachable and courteous Valet / Bellman to warmly welcome our guests on arrival and sincerely thank them upon departure. This honest and prompt person thrives on being of service. It's natural for him / her to have a caring and professional attitude when parking and returning cars, or performing other tasks as requested.

Responsibilities

Manage entry and exit traffic in front of the hotel, as well as greeting and informing guests with a smile, giving them parking procedures and other relevant information : directions to sightseeing areas, access to main roads, etc.
Bring and collect luggage on request.
Describe the features of guests' rooms.
Deliver mail and parcels.
Keep the lobby clean and tidy.

Qualifications

High school diploma

Natural customer service orientation; experience is a plus

Valid driver's license and ability to drive a manual transmission

Good physical condition : able to stand and walk for long periods
