Hourly salary of $16.50.
12monthcontract with the potential for permanentemployment.
Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.

Responsibilities :
Ensure and Uphold High Levels of CustomerSatisfaction.
Manually InsertMultiple Documents into Envelopes of VaryingSizes.
Determine outputrequirements machine setup check proofs (may include scanning andminimal document manipulation) run job remove output and deliveroutput.
Program Jobs intoInsertion Equipment.
Document JobRecords Complete Production Forms and ManageRecords.
Conduct Maintenance andRepairs to Optimize CustomerDowntime.
Perform Cleaning andRegular Maintenance of Equipment.
Manage Inventory Levels.
Moveinventory supplies andmaterials.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
High school degree or equivalent.
Post high school technology training or experience(preferred).
6 months to 1 yearexperience in a Customer Serviceenvironment.
Physically able tostand sit move squat walk andclimb.
Physically able to lift upto 40 pounds.
Able to work in afastpaced environment.
Highlyorganized and able to store itemsefficiently.
Experience with thefollowing equipment & software would be an asset : W&D Insertion Equipment NeoPost / Quadient Mail Machine andPitney Bowes Mail Machine.
Proficient in identifying production inconsistencies and qualityissues.
Experience in a finishingenvironment including operating finishing / bindingequipment.
Strong math skillsincluding multiplication division andpercentages.
Proficient inoperating PC applications in a networkedenvironment.
Effective listeningunderstanding and communicationskills.
Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills.
Willingness to learn and followdirections.
Able to workindependently.
Ability to workcollaboratively in a team environment with minimalsupervision.
Willingness toperform other duties asassigned.
