Job descriptionHigh School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary in manufacturing / industrial technology is an asset. 3+ years in metal fabrication / manufacturing operations preferred. 1–3 years of team lead or supervisory experience. Hands-on experience with MIG / TIG welding, CNC lasers, and brake presses (setup / programming exposure is a strong asset). Familiarity with ERP / MES systems and Microsoft 365. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and support multiple shifts when needed. Cell Leader- OEMAbout Us

We’re looking for an OEM Cell Leader to join our dynamic team and make a significant impact.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily production operations for the OEM cell, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Plan and execute production schedules, balancing throughput and takt time.
- Oversee MIG / TIG welding, CNC laser cutting, and brake press operations.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate setups, tooling, and material flow.
- Maintain and enforce standard work and visual controls.
- Ensure product quality through inspections and corrective actions.
- Coach and develop team members; manage task assignments and shift handoffs.
- Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Track and report KPIs; collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
- Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all standards and policies.
