PixMob is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will manage indirect purchasing to support our Research and Development (R&D), Operations, and Customer Shows departments.

This role is crucial in ensuring that our teams have the necessary materials and services to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities :

Procurement Management :

Manage and understand internal stakeholders' needs.

Support departments and project teams by defining appropriate sourcing and negotiation strategies based on the assigned commodity.

Source, negotiate, and establish contracts with suppliers, ensuring the best value and quality.

Issue purchase orders and manage the procurement process from order placement to delivery.

Manage payments with suppliers.

Monitor inventory levels, identify low stock items, and ensure high-demand items are in stock.

Collaborate with suppliers to maintain accurate and timely delivery of products.

Coordination and Communication :

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and meet their procurement needs.

Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to support project timelines and operational efficiency.

Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any issues related to procurement.

Cost Management :

Monitor and analyze spending to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Work with the finance department to ensure procurement activities are within budget.

Implement cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality and service levels.

Systems and Process Improvement :

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.

Support the deployment of our new MRP system.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in a technology or manufacturing environment.

Strong negotiation and sourcing skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual in English and French.

Knowledge of Asian manufacturing markets and suppliers is a plus.

Experience with Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) is a plus.
