Working closely with senior leaderswithin the company the successful candidate will help find creativeways to source & connect with suitable software companies forthem to acquire.

Responsibilities

  • Managethe day to day responsibilities of a Business Development / LeadGeneration salesteam
  • Designing andmanaging lead generation dashboards andreports
  • Help identifypotential M&Aleads
  • Assist in teamsM&A sales pipeline managementprocess
  • Mentoring andtraining junior business developmentassociates
  • Responding toadhoc requests in a highpressure and timesensitive environmentConducting research to identify and map out potentially attractivemarkets to pursue and software companies to acquire.

Performing anyother reasonable duties asrequired.

Demonstratingcreativity persistence and credibility in reaching out to OwnersOperators and CSuiteleadership.

Skills andExperience

  • 7 years ofexperience in a business development / lead generation role ideallyin a B2B environment.
  • 3years of experience managing a M&A sales / lead generationteam
  • Ability to manage apipeline of leads and exceed prospecting target quotas. You arehighly metricsdriven and possess extensive experience with coldcalling founders and csuite executives to generate an effectiveacquisition funnel.
  • Strongcommunication skills with confidence in presenting to Csuiteexecutives and businessowners.
  • Experience workingin M&A software or technology is considered anasset
  • Familiarity withSalesforce is anasset.
  • Multilingual anasset we are expandingglobally!
  • Professionalattitude and a persistent and solid workethic.
  • Ability to workindependently and in a collaborative teamoriented hybridenvironment.
  • Excellentacademic performance in an undergraduate businessdegree.
