Job Summary
Granulation Expert is expected to Initiate Propose andExecute research and development Debottlenecking / Revamp New productdevelopment programs directed towards the improvement of processesand introduction of new products.
Lead inhouse new processtechnology development scale up & implementations in commercialgranulation. Provide technology support to commercial plants forthe shutdown turnover and recommissioning as needed.
Providetroubleshooting & Root cause analysis support and drive problemresolution for commercial plants. The technologist is also expectedto provide support in Growth Projects
KeyResponsibilities :
- Provide troubleshooting & Root cause analysis supportfor commercial plants
- Lead various newpostreactor product developments through GranulationTechniques
- Participate in inhouse new processtechnology development scale up & implementations in commercialplants
- Engage and Lead Feasibility study &Revamp studies for effective granulator operation at plant scaleand semicommercial scales
- Independently ReviewEngineering Documents & Provide Steering input
- Design and supervise pilot plant experimental runsincluding preliminary reviews data interpretation and finalreporting
- Collect and interpret plant processdata to make recommendations for improvements and ensurestandardized work processes are optimized
- Actively contribute to plant safety and qualityprograms.
Requirements :

- Preferably holds aMasters or PhD degree
- Masters degree with aminimum of 15 years of experience or PhD with a minimum of 10 yearsof experience in Technology Development Plant Support Modeling andOptimization
- Demonstrated strategic thinkingand planning abilities
- Strong leadershipskills to effectively collaborate and influence individuals fromdiverse disciplines and cultures
- Ability tocreate foster and drive a culture of innovation within theorganization
