Position Summary
The main responsibility of a Client Services Representative is to create the first link between MEDLOG, the carriers and the customers for order fulfillment as well as review daily the pipeline volume and to communicate this to the rest of team.
Key Accountabilities
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the correct information is gathered and entered in the system.
- Ensure the carrier responds to the order sent by either accepting it or rejecting it within 2hrs of dispatch.
- In the event of a rejection, the candidate must reassign the order to a different carrier.
- Ensure all the pending order received are handled within 2 business hours and the dashboard created to this effect is correctly utilized and cleaned.
- Develop a professional relationship with key actors in our business such as vendors and clients.
- Compile a daily list of available loads to guide the team handling the appointments.
- Trace all the empty containers not returned to depots or terminals.
- Monitor dwelling containers at carrier depots and terminals to ensure no MEDLOG caused storage is accumulated.
- Investigate any charge required by the carriers after 72hrs of delivery to ensure they are either correctly disputed or added to the order.
- Oversee the orders that are not ready to be invoiced to keep track of what would need to be updated in the system.
- Oversee the daily deliveries and make sure the container statuses are updated correctly.
